Furnituresirplus Ad Studio

Step by step

How a paid lead generation engagement usually runs

Access first, then an audit, then tracking and pages, then launch and regular checks. Each step is agreed before it starts.

How setup runs

Setup is where most of the work happens.

  1. Agree scope and sign the partner's quote.
  2. Connect accounts: Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, GA4 and Google Tag Manager as needed.
  3. Build campaigns, pages and tracking, then send drafts for your approval.
  4. Test each conversion, launch, and watch the first days of spend closely.

Gather these first

A short pack of information gets you a clearer quote.

  • Company name, website and the person who will approve work
  • Services or products to advertise, in order of priority
  • Customer types or areas to target, and any to exclude
  • Monthly ad budget range
  • Current ad, analytics and tag accounts, and who administers them
  • Where inquiries go, and the tool your sales process runs in
  • Any consent wording you use on forms for calls or texts, as set up with your own counsel

Offboarding, done cleanly

Plan the exit at the start. Ask the partner to agree in writing that, when the work ends:

  • you remove their user access from each ad, analytics and tag account;
  • campaigns, audiences, conversion actions and history stay in your accounts;
  • landing pages and their source files stay with you or are handed over;
  • any tools they pay for, such as call tracking or a page builder, are listed so you can replace them;
  • a short handover note explains how everything is set up.

Because the accounts were yours from the start, very little has to move.

After launch

Once campaigns are live, the work shifts to watching and adjusting. The partner checks search terms, audiences, budgets and ad performance on the schedule you agreed and makes changes inside the scope. You get a report at the agreed interval showing spend, clicks, conversions and cost per conversion by campaign, taken from the ad platforms and GA4. Bigger changes, such as a new channel, extra landing pages or a larger budget, are discussed first and may change the fee. Either side can end the arrangement on the notice period in your agreement.
